the HTML that I get from you? |
Yes
you can. We have tried to provide you with enough different interfaces
to allow you to be different from others on the net who use our service,
but they are only templates. We do have a warning for you though: If you
customize your pages, you will need to customize them again if you receive
another set of HTML (with new videos for example).

I can do to improve the video quality? |
Be
sure your desktop is set up for at least 16-bit color, so you are getting
the best quality from iBroadcast.

We
have provided a technical support page where customers can get answers
to their questions.

| How do I know
if there are new videos available? |
New
videos are being added every week. Simply download a new template each
week if you like. We have also provided a current count of videos on our
website.
